The owner of the hotel Mr. Thakur is an excellent personality. Service quality very good. Location is also good but the approach road from NH is 45 degree gradient and remains congested almost time. Still I wish to stay there again in future.

Randomly, we found this hotel in vasishth Road, Manali But our search was found very well. The owner is really good and the hotel view is amazing all the time you can hear river sound. It's really amazing feeling stay near by river bed. Service is a little slow, but hotel comfort and view compensate it😇😀

Best location in manali with best river & mountain view. The hotel staff guy Sandeep & the owner Mr Thakur are very kind , supportive, generous ,humble. Food was awesome. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Strongly recommend.

This Hotel I feel gives the beat views in Manali. It is about 2 kms from main Manali Mall road ( market area) towards Vashist. The hotel is neat and clean and have a beautiful wood work both inside and outside the room. The toilet is very spacious and very neat. The Hotel is owned by a Retd Police officer and he is very nice and guides well. The wife of the owner was a very kind and caring lady and we liked her hospitality very much. She bought with her fresh cherries from her tree and gave us. The hotel staff was very good and prompt in service. Improvement points- The hotel till now takes in cash. A POS machine installed will be helpful which I am sure they will do. When we were there, not many TV Channels were coming due to some issue with the cable operator. I am sure the thing will be get resolved the next time we visit.

Hotel rooms are good, staff behaviour n service is very good. Food taste is amazing n prices are ok. But owner's behaviour is worst as in 5 days stay we got outside food only once rest every time we had their own cooked food still the owner behaved so badly at the time of checkout. We surprised when he shouted that how you guys got these stuff from outside however we brought only pure veg. So hotel is good to stay but don't mess with that old aged owner, he's some retired police officer.
